TAT Promotion in Indian

Ambassador of Thailand’s Tourism, actress, model, VJ and singer, Ms Anusha Dandekar recently posed on a Custom Line superyacht docked at Ao Po Grand Marina. Lee Marine were pleased to arrange the yacht and buggy transport for the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Mumbai photoshoot that is in use currently to promote Thailand tourism in print media and billboards in India.  Stunning Phang Nga Bay and a Feadship superyacht in the background can also be seen.

Superyachts and Ao Po Grand Marina are the favoured backdrops.

 

Indian VISAs for Foreigners Living in Thailand

For those sailing to Andaman Islands or other parts of India from Thailand, you will need a VISA in your passport before leaving. Online information for the Indian Consulate and IVS (Indian Visa Service) promote E-Visas. These are for those flying into India, not sailing in. To obtain a visa to enter India through a seaport you may need to get this from an Embassy/Consulate in your home country/country of origin, unless you can provide proof of being a Permanent Resident or Work Permit holder in Thailand. A trip to the IVS centre in Bankgok or Chiang Mai is essential too. For further details:
